IA performed a full gut renovation, bringing in all new structural steel, replacing the rear facade, excavating and underpinning for a full story below ground, building out the backyard, and adding a glass penthouse at the roof.  The high-end interiors included the installation of all custom millwork, oak and walnut flooring, Italian marble slabs, and a walkable skylight.
